Roeuth Sam founded the firm after working at one of California's largest plaintiff personal injury firms.[1] The firm handles only plaintiff personal injury cases and declines other work, including business litigation, real estate, estate planning and personal injury defense.[1] Its team, led by first-generation immigrants, places particular emphasis on serving Spanish-speaking and Khmer-speaking clients, as well as immigrants and visa holders injured in accidents.[1]

The firm represents victims of car, truck and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, dog bites, boating and jet ski accidents, and premises liability incidents, along with catastrophic brain and spinal cord injuries and wrongful death.[1] It works on a contingency fee basis, advances case costs, and offers after-hours, weekend, home and hospital meetings.[1]
